Using the app

SetMint Bundles grants the merchant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app with the merchant's Shopify store. The merchant must comply with Shopify's terms, applicable law, and these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are approved and billed through Shopify. The available subscriptions are Starter at $39 per month, Growth at $69 per month or $690 per year, and Pro at $129 per month or $1,290 per year. There is no free trial. Shopify shows the full charge before approval. Cancellation, renewal, and plan changes are handled through the app and Shopify's billing system.

Merchant responsibilities

• Maintain an authorized Shopify account and accurate store, product, pricing, inventory, publication, and tax settings.
• Review bundle configuration and storefront behavior before making an offer available to customers.
• Use the app only for lawful products, promotions, and business practices.
• Keep Shopify credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Data processing terms

For customer-related personal data processed through the app, the merchant is the controller or business and SetMint Bundles acts as the merchant's processor or service provider. We process that data only to provide, secure, and support the app, on the merchant's documented instructions as expressed through app configuration and Shopify webhooks.

• We limit access to personnel and providers who need it to operate the service and who are subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• We maintain the technical safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
• Shopify and Google Cloud act as infrastructure subprocessors for the relevant platform, hosting, database, security, and operational services.
• We assist with verified privacy requests and delete shop data following verified Shopify redaction requests, subject to limited legal or security retention requirements.
• We will notify affected merchants as required if we confirm a personal-data incident involving their data.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but availability can be affected by Shopify, Google Cloud, third-party themes, merchant configuration, maintenance, or events outside our control. We may modify features to improve security, reliability, compatibility, or compliance.

Intellectual property

The merchant retains ownership of merchant content and store data. SetMint Bundles and its software, design, documentation, and branding remain owned by the app developer or its licensors.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or risk to merchants, customers, Shopify, or the service. A merchant may stop using the app by cancelling its subscription and uninstalling it.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for service, legal, or security changes. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
